Starting a render is the only thing that costs credits. Watching and downloading your saved clips is free.

Errors and safety blocks put the credits straight back in your balance, with no ticket needed.

A yearly plan adds every credit for the year when you subscribe, valid until the plan year ends.

How credits, renewals and refunds work before you check out.

01Is there a free clip?

New accounts do not come with free credits. Buy a pack or a plan to render; the creator shows the cost of your clip before anything is charged.

02Which option suits one Tiny Desk AI clip?

The $9.99 Single pack gives 10 credits: one 14-second clip at 480p, with no subscription. The Trio pack at $19.99 gives 30 credits: three 480p clips, or one 720p clip with credits left over. If you plan to post regularly, Basic gives 70 credits for $29.90 a month.

03Do credits expire?

Pack credits never expire. Monthly plan credits last for their 30-day period, and yearly plan credits last for the plan year.

04Can I use my clip in paid work?

Where your plan lists a commercial-use license, your own generated clips can go into paid work. You still need the rights to every photo you upload, and the post must not suggest that NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band or anyone else endorses it.

05Who do I contact about a payment?

Write to support@trytinydesk.video with your account email and the payment reference. The Refund Policy explains which purchases qualify for a refund.
