Before you start: choose the cast, not a concert recording
Prepare one to five portraits, each showing one consenting adult clearly. Use the numbered roles: lead, left backing singer, right backing singer, laughing close-up performer and saxophone player. Separate photos can have different backgrounds, and with fewer than five, the creator shows who plays each empty role.
Check the role labels before continuing. A sharp front-facing or chest-up image with even lighting is easier to read than a distant group shot. Each file must be JPG, PNG or WebP, no more than 10 MB and at least 300 × 300 pixels.
How many pictures should you prepare?
The lead is seated at the desk microphone and keyboard. Two backing singers stand behind. A fourth person gets the laughing close-up; the saxophone player closes the performance. The laughing performer is a separate role from the lead.
The creator prepares a group reference, a close-up reference and a saxophone reference before creating the video. The result is an approximately 14-second vertical 9:16 MP4.
What happens during the desk-concert clip?
The intended sequence starts on the group, moves to the close-up performer’s expressive laugh, cuts to a saxophone moment and ends on the band. Keys and two backing singers complete the five-piece office setup. The output is approximately 14 seconds in vertical 9:16 MP4 format.
AI can vary the cut timing, instruments and likeness. Review the finished clip for facial changes, unusual hands or distracting motion. A clear source photo helps, but it does not guarantee a perfect likeness.
How do I add the Outstanding sound on TikTok or Reels?
Choose Silent if you want to add platform audio. After downloading, upload the MP4 into your posting app and look for an available Outstanding or Charlie Wilson trend sound. Preview the timing and audio level before publishing.
Original sound is attached to the downloaded MP4 by default. Choose Silent if you plan to add a different soundtrack in your posting app. Review the finished audio and picture together.
What if the result does not look like my photo?
Try a sharper, closer, front-facing image with a single face and simple lighting. Avoid sending a different person’s photo to fill the same role or using a busy group picture. These choices can reduce ambiguity, although an AI render can still miss details.
Do not post a clip as genuine footage of a performer or an official NPR appearance. Use the platform’s AI-generated label where required and make the parody context clear.
