Refund Policy | Tiny Desk AI
Tiny Desk AI sells credit packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions. A third-party processor collects the payment. This policy says when money can be returned. Separately, if a video fails to render or a provider safety filter stops it, the credits for that attempt go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. A refund, below, is about the money you paid.
When You Qualify for a Refund
A refund is available only if both points are true:
- The email arrives inside 7 days after the original purchase, or after a subscription's first charge.
- Paid features have not been used in any substantial way since that charge.
Asking for a Refund
Email support@trytinydesk.video and include:
- The email address on your Tiny Desk AI account
- The order or receipt number, if you have one
- A short reason, if you want to add one
How Long It Takes
An approved refund goes back to the payment method that paid for the order. Banks and card issuers typically need 5-10 business days before the amount shows up.
What We Cannot Refund
These cases are generally outside the policy:
- Accounts with substantial paid use, such as a large share of credits spent or many videos generated
- Renewal charges where the ask arrives after the 7-day period is over
- One-time credit packs, except where the law requires a refund
- Accounts that break the Terms of Service or abuse the refund process
Ending a Subscription
You may cancel at any time so the plan does not renew. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not repay amounts already billed.
Disputes with Your Bank
Contact support before you open a dispute or chargeback. Most billing questions are resolved faster that way. If a chargeback stays open, we may limit the account while we investigate.
Your Legal Rights
Statutory consumer protections that cannot be signed away remain in force alongside this page.
